Annual  Events

God does not need your good works, but your neighbor does.

Annual Potato Bar & Auction

The Our Savior Lutheran Church Annual Potato Bar and Auction raises funds for youth programs at Our Savior Lutheran Church and for children that would like to attend Luther Heights Bible Camp. The event is held on a Saturday evening every spring. Church and community members donate items for the auction that takes place after the evening's dinner.

Holiday Festival

In conjunction with the Episcopal Church of the Ascension, Our Savior Lutheran Church hosts an annual craft fair every year on the first Saturday of November. The craft fair raises money for ministries of the church in addition to collecting donations for a local food bank.  Interested artisans please contact the OSL Front Office.

“God’s work. Our hands” Sunday

Once yearly, the ELCA sponsors a special day of service in the community known as “God’s Work. Our Hands”. It is a day where all of us can help our neighbor and celebrate who we are as children of God. This "offers an opportunity for us to explore one of our most basic convictions as Lutherans: that all of life in Jesus Christ – every act of service, in every daily calling, in every corner of life – flows freely from a living, daring confidence in God’s grace." (ELCA)

Save the Date for September 13th, 2020 for God's work. Our hands. Day of Service!
