Groups

At Our Savior Lutheran there are many groups that meet throughout the week and sometimes only a few times per year. Take a look at what is going on! Don't forget to take a look at the Calendar.

Bible Study

Curious Christians meet with pastor for Bible Study at 9:30 AM every Wednesday at the church. Treats and coffee are served.

In addition to Wednesday’s Bible Study, there is a Adult Sunday Bible Class held every Sunday following the service at 11:00 AM.

You and your questions are welcome on Wednesdays and Sundays, whether you are novice or an expert!

Men’s Breakfast Fellowship

Every Wednesday morning at 6:30 AM the Men’s Breakfast Fellowship meets at the local Shari’s Restaurant. Over breakfast and a cup of coffee they review Psalm and Gospel reading from last Sunday’s Worship Service in addition to catching up from the previous week.

Church Council

The Church Council determines all major decisions regarding the day to day activities of the church. The council is elected from among the church's members every few years when terms are due. It reviews policies for revision and their applicability to church activities. It is also responsible for budgeting and reporting to the ELCA and the Eastern Washington-Idaho Synod.

Building and Grounds Committee

The OSL Building and Grounds Committee is responsible for maintaining the greenery around the church in addition to the maintenance of the building.

Hearts and Hands

Hearts and Hands, one of the church's largest outreach groups, is a quilting group that meets regularly to pour God's grace into the creation of quilts and other fabric works. Hundreds of quilts are made annually from donated fabric to give to those in need in the community and to youth who are affirming their baptism in the rite of Confirmation. Hearts and Hands has also participates in the creation of Christmas stockings for new babies at St. Luke's hospital during December.

Worship Committee

Worship Committee enhances the community's devotion through the visual and musical arts, recommending decorations and hymns for all Sunday and special worship services during every season of the church year.
